Hi everyone! I just recently came back from a fun filled weekend craft retreat hosted by La-La Land and have been busy finishing the projects. I will be posting them soon as I finish coloring all the images to attach to the project.
In the meantime, seeing the new December SSS kit sneak peak reminded me of last month's which I haven't shared. It's still Autumn so I think I'm still on time right? 😁
Here are the different versions I made.
Happy Fall everyone! Time is flying by so fast and there's just too much crafting goodness to do. Check out my instagram account too for more peaks at what I post daily.
Thanks for stopping by!

Spring / Belated Easter
Before it gets too late, I'd like to share some of the other cards I made using the March 2016 SSS Card Kit. I recently got the April Kit in the mail and realized I haven't finished sharing my other creations just yet. So to complete my March kit, here goes.
This was colored using Zig Clean Color Brushes.
Belated!
I used one of Sizzix by Stephanie Barnard card dies for this card.

Easter Shaker Cards
Hello everyone! My share today are shaker cards from the March SSS Card Kit. Believe it or not this is my first ever shaker card. I've always wanted to make some but got daunted by all the pieces that go into it. But I had so much fun trying to assemble them together, and I hope you like my first attempts.
This was my very first try. Though assembly turned out well, it was a bit late that I realized I should have inserted a pattered paper inside the circle, perhaps to offset the all white space. Lesson learned, hence better versions above. :p

Easter Cards
Hi everyone! Welcome to my blog's new look. How do you like it so far? I'm loving the fresh, modern, clean look and I hope you are too!
Today's share are all Easter cards that are from Simon Says Stamp's March Card Kit.

This is such a beautiful kit and the colors are just so vibrant, so happy. I also love that this kit includes a die, and a sample of the new Tim Holtz Distress Crayon. I took 1 swipe of it and was sold! Next day I placed my order for the full sets! Love how creamy it is! Literally it's so smooth, like butter. They work pretty much similar to the Faber Castell Gelatos, but this is way easier and smoother to glide on paper. And with a damp finger, you can rub and spread the colors.
Here are some of the cards I made using this kit.
Enjoy!

Belated Winter Cards
Hi everyone! My apologies for being MIA recently. I've had a major disaster at home recently and to say everything is chaotic at the moment is an understatement. I've never had to go through living in a house that is also being demo'd at the same time, so I'm a bit off my routine and schedule.
I haven't created much lately, but would like to pop in and share the remaining cards I made using the January Simon Says Stamp kit.
All in all I was able to make 13 cards out of this kit. Not bad huh? Hope you guys like it! Next stop, gotta start making the February AND March kits!

Simon Says January Card Kit
Hello everyone! So I bit the bullet and finally joined Simon Says Stamp's Monthly Card Kit. I've been drooling about these kits for the last 2 years already and finally decided to just go for it. I've purchased a few in the past, some that I really really love, but then is there really a month that's not to love? They're all so terrific!
Here are some of the card I made using the kit, and I think I've only used up about half of the supplies. I absolutely love Doodlebug Designs Polar Pals paper, and sticker sheet. The colors, the image, so so pretty!
Here's what's in the card kit.
And here some of the cards I've done with it. I should probably take better photos, since these are only taken using my phone.
As usual I'm probably out of season already. But this kit is so amazing it's hard to resist creating something out of it. And heads up too, I will most likely be posting the February kit way after Valentine's Day!
Have a great weekend everyone!

Butterfly Kisses
Here's a cute card I made using Stamps of Life's butterfly2build stamp set. This is a standard A2 card size (4.25"x5.5") and the background papers I used came from my leftover Simon Says Stamp January 2013 Monthly Card Kit. Yes it's pretty old, but I was cleaning up my closet to make room for more CTMH products coming in and I chanced upon this kit which I had barely used. The stripes on the left corner came from the Lily Bee 6x6 Patterned Papers set, and the big piece is Bazzill Night Mist cardstock I believe. The pink paper that's like a ribbon background is just scrap paper, and I used Neenah Natural White cardstock to stamp the butterfly on. I used CTMH black ink for the butterfly outline and Hero Arts Shadow Tone Bubble Gum for the body. Turned out pretty nicely tying in with the pink scrap of paper.
